Bar end weights
Hi All,
Picked up this weeks MCN and a Busters Accessories catalogue dropped into my lap. After a quick brouse decided on changing my tatty bar end weights on my 2001 K1 curvy - as per avatar. http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/products.asp?id=74 When attempting to order the sales guy needed to know the size of the securing bolt as they appear to be optional. So after removing the originals had a measure and they appear to be 5mm X 60mm countersunk bolts. As I'm no engineer by far - can someone tell me if i'm somewhere near Cheers....... |

Re: Bar end weights
Hey Banus, the bolts aren't optional, but they are different to the naked SV. The SVn has the rubber bung type with a nut at the end.
The SVs has an M6 a 50mm long csunk screw. Are you getting a Susuki set or after market? I have a spare set in pretty good condition if you need them. Doh I missed the link before Last edited by toonyank; 15-07-07 at 09:55 PM. |
