Default bingo wing workout

I hate going to the gym, but Im a female and therefore prone to bingo wings. How can I give them a workout that doesnt involve doing backward pressups on the sofa - buy a car with no power steering. sold mondeo estate for something smaller. It is 23 years old, has no power steering, no servo assisted breaking, no central locking or electric windows, hey until yesterday it didnt even have a cd player, still not got a radio as there is no ariel. Those over the age of 40 will recognise it. You youngsters just wont get it (my son is mortified travelling in it, told him to walk)

Now that's going back a long way. I remember one of my mates having one years ago.

He took it back because it sounded like a diesel and was told that Ford had put something like 10 man-years into the design of the exhaust to make it sound that way!!

Ok, is it a 1.1 popular plus with an XR2 body kit or an XR2? Are you sure it doesnt have servo brakes?

ian - its an xr2. dont think its got servo brakes. you really need to push pedal really hard to stop it.
