Default Aftermarket Exhaust Downpipes '99 Curvy

Anybody tried these???

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/323173972118

I just bought a set but the front pipe does not look like it will fit, not bendy enough at the header end.

Thanks

You might find once you've fitted the front header pipe and clamped it lightly in place that you can flex it to fit? There will be a bit of spring in the pipe.

Even the standard front header required a big pull on it to remove it. I had one foot on the cylinder and another elsewhere giving it the heave up to shift it!

I think my Micron headers were ok to fit

Thanks Maviczap,
The bend in the downpipe near the header looks like it needs to be bent more.
Unable to actually try it in place, the original exhaust stud bolts are completely rusted in place.
It looks like the previous owner has tried to remove them and rounded the bolts off.
I've seen his dodgy electrical repairs as well, so this bike is not a quick fix but a project.

Aye the front studs are always a problem when it comes to removal, I was lucky, as mine was a low mileage Sv, so they came out relatively easy, ie didn't snap.

Patience, plus gas, heat are what's needed to remove them in one piece, or a steady hand with a drill if they do snap off.

Can you post a pic of what you actually received - the pics in the eBay ad don’t look right at all, not least because they should be a 2-into-1 setup and they look like 2 separate pipes that don’t/can’t join??

They deffo don't join up in any way. The front pipe lies flat, the rear pipe is more angled.
Unable to do any more checking until I get the exhaust studs out.
Tried to upload some photo's to a new photo album on here, but I get the error message that the file is invalid.

Update.
Finally got the old exhaust off.
Surprisingly the front header bolts came out without much trouble, but I did soak them in wd40 often.
Back to the original question.
The exhaust headers I bought from ebay do not match the SV650.
Checking ebay and the internet I think the headers I bought (and that are still on sale on ebay) are for the Honda NTV650.
Bugger.

I still cannot upload photo's.
So here is an ebay link showing how they look when placed correctly together.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-NTV...E/152793421984

I contacted the seller who offered a partial refund of £90 (paid £127) and said "they do fit SV650, sold others".
