Looking at converting a naked to a S - SV650.org

Hi all,
I've been racing minitwins for a couple of years now and have managed to accumulate a load of old road spares, mostly from my old K4 road bike, and it got me thinking.
Could I buy a really cheap Cat C or D damaged sv650 naked (probably either a k3, k4, k5, or k6) and chuck my old road 'S' bits on it. I've got spare yokes, clip ons, forks, front bikini fairing with lights/electrics/indicators, front fairing mounts etc. etc. and from what I can tell, there's not a lot that's changed.
A couple of unknowns though:
- will the electrics from the S just swap over and plug in?
- will the steering stem just swap over too?
- I think there's a difference in rake on the 'S' version - is this just a case of replacing the top and bttom yokes?
- any other problems with the idea?

Any advice would be great,

Yes you can swap the electrics.
Steering stem is same.
Rake comes from the headstock (all SV yokes are parallel stem and bore) so no change.

Can I use a naked steering stem with a 's' top and bottom yoke?
