Weird what your body does
Sit down and lift your right foot off the ground.
Start making circles with your foot clockwise. Now, draw the number 6 in the air in front of you with your right hand. Bet your foot changed directions! Any other oddities out there? Pete

Stand in a door way with the backs of your hands pressing outwards for about a minute. Push as hard as you can. After 60 seconds move out of the door way & completely relax your arms..
Watch them rise upwards & outwards all on their own!

that foot thing is amazing!!! i think im possesed. i love the door frame one, can do it to someone if you just hold their arms down too.

I've currently got shingles. This clockwise foot action and drawing the number 6 just made it hurt more...
