Or given as that is india (and I don't mean this offensively) I'd guess it's more likely that the throttle's a bit knackered and doesnt spring back anymore.

Sod the bike, I like the way they are completely unfazed by the van and the little white hatchback lane splitting to get past right at the end..... In the UK that would have ended up with a punch up on the hardshoulder. A lesson on chilled out driving, we have much to learn!
