Default Chain and Sprocket

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice for buying new chain and sprocket. My bike (k4 sv650s in blue) is kept outdoors all year round and it's hard to prevent a little corrosion in places. I was hoping to buy a good chain that wouldn't really rust and thought it might be best to get a nice sprocket while I was at it. Annodised nuts and bolts would probably help as well? Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

I use Izumi. Get the silver or gold one and it won't rust. I keep my bike out side as well and found it to be brilliant.

Even the gold ones will rust if they aren't looked after.

Stick ACF50 on the corroded bits and any bits that you don't want to start corroding. Works wonders.

I'm confused... Surely the solution is to lube it better? I know you don't really have to lube the outsides of the plates, but it'd keep the rust off.

The right answer, as ever, from Northy.
