I think the lock on the SV is hell of a lot better than some of the other bikes I've ridden.

:P Na, suzuki's are all pants for steering lock, my sv650s has the turning circel of an oil tanker boat thing, as does my dads gsxr. So dont fret, and just put your feet down doing u-turns (you passed your test, it dosnt matter now!) Matt |

A friend of mine has just changed bikes from a SV650s K6 to on older T-reg Fazer (financial reasons unfortunately) anyhow one of the first things in he mentioned was the better lock on the Yam. Probably not much in it but SV definitely not the best turning circle. Do we care?

Luxury
My Rickman has a turning circle of about five miles. Tell that to youngsters nowadays and they won't believe you.

My Ducati 749 can't be U-turned in a normal sized road, you have to do 3 point turns.

SV turning circle: Better than some, not as good as others.
Not a problem anyway.
