If your tyres are already on the edge then its only your knee that needs to stick out a bit further!

and the way to do that is: is stead of keeping your foot flat on the peg, tilt it too the side so that the outside of your foot is on the peg and the inside rests against the frame of the bike.

This allows you to turn your knee out a bit further without stressing your hip joint as much.

Sounds like your close to reaching that 'holy Grail'. You've really got to hang off like your falling off and force the knee out wide as you can. It also helps if you can sink yourself into the seat by putting weight onto the inside edge of the seat.

Good luck, keep at it but be carefull

Wot ya doing with ya upper body??

There is a tendency for people to keep head in the middle slide bum over and pivot round the foot ... this actually brings the knee in

And for the worlds most informative KD video, you need to look no further!!
