There is an advert on currently for a show called "educating yorkshire" The pleb at the end of that just beggers belief, hopefully her mates record that show and play it back to her in years to come.

I imagine that you need a steady hand to draw on new eye brows, I can't even draw two circles the same so would be useless at that kind of thing. Thankfully the first time I saw it I realised immediately that it looked ridiculous. One should never mock one's boss, even when the target is so easy...
Personally, I like a nice natural look even though I have to pluck every week because I have inherited my Mothers mono brow!
