Off to Flying Legends at Duxford tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing the BF109G flying. Hope the weather holds though as it is supposed to rain.

Swimming in the sea this evening. Really refreshing if a little cold to start, but great fun.

Yesterday I took youngest to cross country training with his horse, they jumped bigger and better than ever before, I have never seen him so happy before, he hugged his horse then he hugged his trainer which must have been quite smelly and damp for her as both horse and rider were really sweaty.

Washing the bike. Doesn't sound like much of a smile but it's the first time in at least six months and I cannot help but wonder how long I've been riding around with a missing fairing bolt and a nearly missing number plate screw (the latter was just about to fall off).

Default Smile of the day - What is yours?

Having a migraine today.

Yes that sounds weird. But I knew I'd get one some time this week and tomorrow is the start of my busiest week this year, in fact my busiest week for the next 4 years so having it come on last night and lay me low today when I could take it easy was actually a blessing and it was reasonably bearable this month.

Hopefully I can now get through the Test match with the only headache being those pesky Aussies.
