Default Vinyl floors and tyres

Does leaving your a bike on a vinyl floor damage the tyres?

I have a bit of vinyl flooring in my garage as it's easier to mop up oil spills etc. I have noticed browm marks where my tyres go, as though some thing is leeching from my tyre to the vinyl

What's this doing to my tyres, any ideas? I am tempted to bin the vinyl.

Some workshop mats are actually made of vinyl, so I don't think all vinyl has a negative effect on tyres. My concrete garage floor makes the tyres white with dust
