this is a great free mod.
It stops the cdi from retarding the timing in 2nd &3rd gear giving a bit more midrange power.
If you take a read it explains why it's there to begin with and how to remove it.
Pics are included

Can't believe no one has suggested this yet.

Pointy cam swap, not straight forward, but not that hard. Getting the cams is the hardest part.

Get a radiator guard. I picked up a nice Beowolf one.

Scottoilers are a useful investment too.

Fender Extender is a must.

Mavi you're right though I don't know how well it fares unless you also have a better can/filter, I guess though it should help regardless. Cams I bought from Suzuki for £140 for the pair, so it's cheaper than a new can even before you get into dyno etc. The OP hasn't reappeared though to say what their budget is, or whether they want to go faster in a straight line, faster round a corner, or just slowly along the front of reflective buildings!

Thanks for the tips guys. I was just looking to see what people would reccomend. Im quiet happy with kt at the moment in terms of mods, i like to have a bike set up so it just runs and rides well for me. Ill be looking into getting the fronk forks sorted though. They do feel like they dive alot with my weight. Then again i am 14 stone!

They dive when you're 10 stone as well. Springs are cheap, and make a big difference.

Yep, I can vouch for that.

Springs & emulators for a good fix

Cartridge or GSXR conversion for the front end, for a really good fix
