Default a quick update on the part 2 video

moving house is one of the most stressful experiences you will ever endure. Oh and I've spent an absolute fortune in one day. Starting to wonder whether I could really afford the maxton springs I've just ordered.

...the vid will be along shortly.

They do say buying a house is the most stressful thing in the world..daft thing is afterwards you can't remember what the hell you got your knickers in a twist over.

Retail therapy is the solution...in the form of Maxton springs

as soon as we've resurrected the colour **** up in our bedroom. The colours don't look anything like the ones we listed on the dulux website & collected from the dulux decorator centre. Was meant to be a deep/dark red colour on the main wall in the lounge with faint cafe latte on the other 3 walls, instead, we've got ferrari red and more or less brilliant white. I think it looks kind of cool.

Having said that, I of all people should take monitor colour calibration seriously because it's something we deal with at work all the time. We've painted one wall in the bedroom and then abandoned = think "dog **** brown mixed with melted chocolate bars"...

anywho, we've just got in after an early start and I'm fooked. Went in the fridge to get my last can of 1664, only to find vicky's dad snaffled it when I was away in london. I actually shouted "mother ****er" out loud... oh well, there's a bit of baileys and some cider sat doing nothing, so I'll see what I can come up with...

oh and don't get me started on the dining table we've got - somehow I actually can't get it out of the house. None of the doorways are wide enough, and it was definitely fully constructed when we moved it into this place. Properly baffled as to how I've managed that.

todays injuries:
skinned knuckles
jarred wrist
paint in my right eye
banged my head under the stairs
dropped the table on my foot.

/rant

Poor Paul..I feel for ya hun. My last sofa was so big they nearly had to take it back. When i replaced it, I made sure i remembered how they got the old one in, so I could get it out.was easy peasy to get out...daft thing is the replacement one was smaller, and they still had trouble getting the fecker in.

P.s never take any notice of coulour charts. If i can get hold of the tester pots I do that, might have stripes all over the place til I decide, but its better than buying somethign disgusting like shi!tty brown

yeah still in york, just down the road...

and the pigeon was probably more alarming than painful lol...

made a bit of progress today - moved the sofa's - the single heaviest items out of everything we've got. Just need to get a long reach roller to do behind the radiators. Spare bedroom: done. Main room: re-selecting colour scheme tmra..

I'm more excited about sorting the garage but it'll have to wait oh and our landlord for our current place is being a nob.

don't forget the 'Bungle alarm'

of course your landlords being a nob, hes not getting your hard earned dosh anymore, let me guess, he has found an imaginary way to keep the bond that he owes you back?
