Default Front Fork Springs And Oil Help

Hi all can I have everyones advice on my front forks. I would like to change the springs and oil (along with the seals)

I weigh 10stone without riding gear. From what I have read I think 0.85 springs and 10w or 15w oil would be about right. Does this sound correct?

If so where is the best place to buy springs?

Thanks

I think it partly depends on what springs you use - i.e Hagon recommend that you stick to 10w, while others vary.

Hagon, Racetech, Maxton as the ones I know of - google for places to buy.

Go lighter than that, 0.8s.
