(My symptoms were quite mild and substantively gone after about 3 days but tests just kept coming back +ve. Several of my colleagues and friends have reported similar experiences when they tested +ve.)

First ride of the year. Not far just down to the MOT station for a test which it passed.

What a spectacular morning!

I do my grocery shopping early so I was at Tesco at 6:15am. It was a full moon last night and it was about an hour from setting at this time - low on the horizon and looking large...

I emerged unscathed after my Tesco sojurn at about 7am. I took the long way home, a 20 mile trip, since I only use the car every 3 or 4 weeks. As I left the coast the temperature began to drop from 7°C and by the time I reached North Thoresby, a distance of 5 or 6 miles, it was down to 2°C and there was evidence of a frost. The mist was hanging low across the fields, the sun was up and was piercing the fog with bright sunbeams as the road elevation undulated. A beautiful morning.

Just taken the bike out for a test ride after doing some tweaking, after 10 years out of the saddle, I can now finally say "I'm back!". My confidence has returned and I don't seem to have lost the knack. Woohoo!
