I'd leave it alone, one nighter is fairly cheap and not too much preparation needed.

The backpackers was ideal, only 'the lads' need to remember they are sharing with other guests apart from us, when they have had a skinful, the owner did say we were welcome back next time, when I spoke to him in the morning after the night before.

Bike...yup as with Orose, change me bike to the proper SV and I'm happy as larry

That is only problem, tent is well out because it would be bloody freezing and no warm place to socialise.

Maybe find a bunkhouse we could have to ourselves so as to avoid interruptions to the boozing?

I can't even remember what town we were in last time... we might be basing ourselves miles away, so you'll need to get ripped off all over again
