Evening all.
As the 11k service doesn't include valve clearances, the engine doesn't have to be cold, so for those that traval quite a way it can be done on a while you wait basis. I normally do the following; Oil & filter, check/replace spark plugs & airfilter, carburettor balance, brake calipers cleaned, brake fluid change, fork oil change, suspension linkage strip & grease, electrical check, nut & bolt check, & loads of general adjustments & tweaking. All for £100+VAT+ parts to forum members. You also get 10% minimum off all parts used. As I believe that everyone should know a little about mechanics you will also get some 'hands on' as it's boring to just watch. Its a great way for those of you who are less competent mechanically, to learn more about your bikes So, A. Your bike will feel much better afterwards. B. You will learn a little. C. You wont be too much poorer D. You'll get dirty & enjoy it!! Cheers. |

From me to you, I'd pass Chester/Northwich area. Interesting.
You're also only a hop skip & jump from Sheffield, and on the M1 for going down south. More interesting. I'll bear you in mind for tyres etc. £145 for the conti's you say, would that be front & back? I'm assuming ride in ride out with complimentary drink to org members? |

Nice website you have there - tis a pity you are so far away as you would have my business
Two suggestions from me a location map would be handy and a photo of the proprietor. |
