Fork seal question.
Hi all, do you have to take out the damper rod before the fork will seperate?
So far I have removed the spring, spacer and washer and pumped it to drain it all. Then the dust seal and the retaining clip underneath the dustseal, then it telss you to pull sharply and they should seperate. I have done as it says but nothing has even budged? I dont want to keep going at it as I may damage something? Is it a case of removing the damper rod first? Cheers. |
