Default SV1000N-K3 Rear brake lever return spring

I have a K3 SV1000N. Recently I was looking at a K3 SV650S (Daddyjobs one actually) and noticed his had a spring pulling down on the rear of the back brake lever and fixed to a lug on the frame but I don't.

I've not noticed any issues with my rear dragging or misbehaving in anyway and can't find the part on the fiche.

Anyone know if the K3 SV1000N should have a spring there and if so any idea of the part number? I assume if it's supposed to have one I really ought to fit one.

No, it's not fitted to the naked bike.
