I just tried booking online:
Roundhill
Friday 5th Sept
2 Nights
1 Pitch
1 Adult

£28

This is a little odd as the only combination from the price guide (here) that would give me a charge of £28 would be 2 weekdays at the high season rate. Think I will give the site a call tomorrow AM.

I made a mistake as well. Fri and Sat is 11 quid each night. But I also notice there is a comment at the bottom of the prices. Additional pitch 3 quid. What's that supposed to mean

That explains it. £11 per night + £3 pitch fee

(£11+£3)*2 = £28

So £28 for 2 nights.

On the upside I also just read a different page that said 30% discount for groups of 10 or more. That means that the price could be £20 if we get the full discount.

My brain hurts - will call them in the morning to confirm the price and will post my findings.

No no no.

Two man tent pitch for the dates we want is 11 quid per night. The three pound is for an additional pitch. I just don't understand the additional pitch thing.

Each pitch can have up to 2 adults for no additional charge.

Would make sense to share pitches then.
