TVSF Camping weekend (again)

I'll make this easy from my part.

Only weekends from the end of May onwards I have open at the moment are:

4/7, 1/8, 8/8, 15/8

After that we're in September. So, odds are, I won't be there.



Can't do: June (at all), 11/7, 18/7, 22/8, 29/8

is this going to be a biking related weekend?

Depends if 'biking' is a spelling mistake, and you meant 'camping, boozing and talking crap'.

It's a group social activity. Doesn't really matter if you turn up on a bike or in a car. If your going to be taking the car then expect a few free loaders wanting you to carry stuff for them.

June is good for me. 8/8 and onwards is out due to family holidays. MAybe June or July then.

More importantly, where can we go that allows fires and stuff? It can't be out in the wilds, so it has to be a relaxed camp site or something. Maybe one that does scouts or something?

Why can it not be in the wilds? Would you be scared of the wildlife? I think you are going to be hard pushed to find exactly what we want at any 'organised' camp site.

I love the wilds! But I thought there was all sorts of nanny state health and safety "no free camping" legislation? Where can we go where we can just do what we want?
