Vintage film cameras

I think with the likes of Film Photographery Project and Lomography pushing film, and younger people wanting the Instagram filter effects without digital, people are turning back to film. They've had enough of the megapixel battle and want something physical. Bit like vinyl making a come back. People want analogue not crisp digital. I've seen mju iis sell for £150. Been trying to find a basic 50mm Series E Nikon lens for my EM but they are buy it now £50-100. There's even a Canon Eos 300 in a charity shop nearby for £50. Like you say, it's not one thing that stands out, it's all random. Even low end stuff is going for silly money.

Nice! I was also looking at Box Tengors - idly really, but the later ones that look like they still work go for about £50!

Yep, and probably more fun. The description isn't brilliant so maybe it'll slip under the radar. I do enjoy using a tlr, nice big bright focus screen.

I came across this 142590457968 I've emailed the seller to ask the dimensions. I'm not going to buy it but your Certo Sport Dolly has the removable panel on the back, doesn't it? I have loads of the plates thanks to a mistaken purchase, and one glass screen, thought if it's the right size you might be interested. Will let you know the answer, if I get one in time!

I'm not sure if it has. Tbh the bellows are holed, the focus stop is missing so it probably won't be used again. Will keep an eye out for another.

Yep saw them, am hoping they don't sell and the price comes down. The Regula is worth about a tenner, the Dollina is a harder one but it is in good nick. They don't look to have been listed before.

Bellows you can replace, I'm not sure what the focus stop looks like though. If you could find out then you could make one.

I was trying to get you a Phenix 205 for your collection today Kenzie. Found a guy in an antiques market with some old cameras, a couple of TLRs, some rangefinders and an SLR that made a Zenit feel light.
Phenix was a bit wrecked; no skin, wobbly back door and I'm sure there was only 1 shutter speed. I wouldn't pay more than 3 quid for it but the market guy started at 20 and wasn't prepared to come down much so I left it with him.
Have taken lots with the digital this week though. Finally getting used to the OMD.
Hard to take photos over here though. So many people that there's always someone in your shot or someone jumping in front of the camera just as you're lining something up.
