Default Curvy - Plastic Casing round the Throttle?

Have anyone got a spare throttle casing by any chance? I've broken off the little plastic bit that holds it in place to stop it twisting round the bar...

Going to try a bodge-tastic fix with a screw but a spare would be good it/when my plan fails!

Do you mean the switch gear, has the kill switch fitted to the top of it?

I don't think I've explained that very well, sorry - it's the black plastic casing that the Kill Switch is part of - not the throttle body itself... DD - yup, that's the bit.

Replied in your other thread too...

Wrap insulation tape around the bar, by screwing the two halves back together they fit tighter and will not turn with the throttle. Be careful not to have the tape on the bar where the throttle tube will rest, this will restrict its movement which will be dangerous if it cannot return freely. My beasty has been like this for 6 years with no problems.

Ah, magic - thanks I'll give that a whirl tonight.

Certainly beats paying £25+ for one on fleabay.

Thanks DD
