Ipod frozen !!!
Help !!!
I’ve just done a few changes to Mrs Ratty’s ipod tunes, ejected it from the putor and hit shuffle. It’s frozen at the start of the first song and won’t respond to anything. Will not even turn off. I’ve reconnected it to the putor and still nothing. Should I just let it go flat and see what happens or is there something I can do. It’s a two year old nano, but hardly used really. Ratty

Sounds like it needs a reset, I cant remeber how to do it, but you need to hold down a couple of the buttons.
Have a google for it.

The Mrs Nano wont switch off sometimes and if you let it die and charge it back up again it works... ipods are rubbish imho

To hard reset it, lock it then unlock it, then hold down menu and middle button til it restarts.
