All three of my physios are away at the moment - I think one is in South Africa with England, the other is doing a TV show - probably The Jump - and the other is also abroad. Normally I'm lucky enough to just be able to pop in to see them for coffee and a quick treatment at work.

I have far more faith in them than my GP.

Not really, in fact it started when I was off work for the holidays, so no carrying camera bags, or sitting at a desk.

congestion charge - money grabbing toerags.
Pootling along into london about 5:59 and not sure exactly where the demarkation is around aldgate ( digging up the road for stupid cycle lanes). No where on the website does it say whether you are liable for the charge for the day. But if you dont pay they will send you a fine. On top of that to get a refund they will charge you £10 admin fee. It has the hallmarks of speculative invoicing with pay up or else.

Considering I have paid just in case, it feels like Ive been shafted

My dinner 'date' has cancelled on my for the second night in a row after we'd spent weeks getting a day in the diary when we were both free. OK, to give him credit he did work late last night to cover the junior doctors' strike as he's a senior consultant at St Thomas's. And today he's got to fit in an additional operation on a member of the Wasps ruby team who has injured himself. But honestly, strikes and sportsmen - I've no time for them. Grrrrr.

Retards who give sod all notice of needing in depth analysis of the years finances of £8m and then go whinging to the boss for not getting their wishes fulfilled in 1 hour. They always seem to forget to tell the boss about the lack of notice bit.

Default Gripe of the day - What is yours?

People who wish small children happy birthday on Facebook.

The child doesn't have a Facebook account, so how do they log in. The child can't f***ing read even if they magically logged on to their imaginary Facebook account.
And, no, when they are bl**dy old enough to have a Facebook account they either will think Facebook is like a Betamax video, or they won't be ar**d to trawl through someone else's timeline to see if they were wished a happy bl**dy birthday anyway.

Rant over.
