It's been done, but very rarely- you can make the stock bottom end unreliable with natural aspiration, so blowing it doesn't make much sense. And if you're redoing the bottom end you're spending really, truly silly money
 As in, "Buy a Mille" money. Not that I'm one to talk here, mind
