Bad example Ralph, near primary schools is the one place I speed on a bike. Kids are a bit like pheasants, stupid, they'll just run out in front of you whatever you do - best bet's to speed up and they bounce off.

You must slow down near speed cameras though, Joe?

Tim your right i did get a pull but it wasnt 140 , it was only 131, and i didnt moan about it after i took it in the spirit that it was intended, ie very scary and i can honestly say that ive not broke a speed limit on the isle of man since that day, so i learnt something at least,

Jo, despite my ocasional tendancy to warp time through excessive speed i work in highway safety, i get regular updated road maps which have little red circles on them , the number of red circles never gos down, new ones each time, each of those little red circles represents someones son, daughter, mum dad, brother or sister who didnt come home from work that day or didnt come back from a bimble with their mates. Just reign it in a bit and dont be a circle. that bit of road your on has red circles on

And , Jo, while your on your "ill ride how i like" and "i dont care cuz i az skillz" horse, a lot of the people on this forum have lost friends or had friends with serious accidents on this forum , often through no fault of their own, experienced people just wanting to enjoy life,
