Re: The weight loss Thread
Very impressed with the weight loss so far, are you actually eating anything at all? Maybe a just a little dust for dinner?

I signed up for the weight watchers thing. The meals are a good size, and tasty, but not a load of substance to them. I like the way they points rate different foods and how I can trade different foods against others and still have stuff I like, e.g. bacon and egg for brekkie this morning. I'm down 5lbs this week from a starting weight of 17st (5' 9")

Re: The weight loss Thread
Great progress Bri. I think the hardest stage isn't losing the weight, it's keeping it off.

Re: The weight loss Thread
Time to jump on the bandwagon again and get back down...Summer 2011 I was taking a few enhancers for definition and muscle mass and they worked so piled weight on (muscle weighs more than fat blah blah), so when I lost it, it was replaced quite quickly with food and undoubtedly, fat. I weighed myself 1st December 2011 and I was 105kg's
Fast forward to New Year, glandular fever, took the life out of me for two weeks and pulled anything I had to give out of me, home scales told me i was 96kg's...Now I'm better and since I have been careful with how and what I eat etc. Weighed in at the the hospital Tuesday for pre-op, I'm now 99.60 kg's... Target was always 95kg's (15 stone area) but from pure training and fitness. I'm setting that as a starter and decide as I go along... So.... 30/01/2012 - 15st 9lb (99.6kg) |

Re: The weight loss Thread
Will start to play along with this next week, need to get in shape for my wedding/holiday/honeymoon pictures. Don't necessarily want to loose weight, just rip up a bit and add some muscle mass.
Current weight: 11st 7lbs Target weight: somewhere between 11st and 12st 7lbs but with less fat! Appearance is what matters to me, not some arbitrary number! LOL
