They are the people who keep gym going by paying subscription and not using facilities after end of January LOL

That's true but their brand new shiny trainers and still-creased-from-the-packet "muscle tops" are comical. Which is some recompense I suppose.

I got to the gym 3 times a week 3 hours at a time......it’s only a part time job keeping the changing rooms clean

Tried to wheel the bike round before going out on it only to find that it was immovable. The front brake was locked on to the disk. The guy that does all the work on it for me is busy and can't look at it until Friday. I have zero mechanical skills.

No promises but you can try LIGHTLY tapping on the front calipers with a wooden mallet or rubber hammer and sometimes it will free them up.
Keep in mind what you are trying to do is move them side to side to push back the caliper pistons.
Should it free up apply the brakes several times to make sure it doesn't lock up again.
If it works consider yourself lucky!!
If not give up. Don't do further damage beating on the calipers.

Or undo the brake nipple a tiny tiny amount....just enough to release some pressure in the caliper.

I'd tap lightly on the calliper. I bet the pad and disc have rusted together a bit.

Puncture in the car. The "tyre pressure warning" message is usually a false alarm but out with the pressure gauge and... blast it. Limped slowly to a local garage as there was still a reasonable amount of psi left and a nail was spotted, tyre off, plugged, back on and we were on our way again 15 minutes later, just £15 lighter which was lucky.
