Migraines - luckily I caught today's one with a triptan before it could reach full strength but now I'm in the office spaced out on codeine and donuts.

I can tell you how it happened yesterday. The A414 was closed due to a diseasal spill so all of us poor sods that work in Hatfield and the poor sods that live there had to use the A1/M25 instead. The queues on the A1 South were terrible so my guess is it was queue rage.
