What budget do you have??

I suggest going for the new Intel I7 chip and get an Asus ROG board. Fire in some triple paired memory and maybe a GTX295 and you'll have a rocking setup.

Do you need a whole PC

Case
PSU
CPU
GPU
RAM
HDD

Etc etc More details would be better

Depends on price I guess. I just picked up a 1Gb Ati HD4780 gfx card for £120, which plays all modern games pretty much on full and doesn't break the bank. I'm a big fan of buying the second newest of everything as they are usually almost as good yet half the price.

I got a gt7600 something or other over clockers edition when they were still £80+ in the shops for about £30 second hand of ebay. Worth looking for some bits second hand

Hi def... Man that GFX card would rape High def!

Id say thats fine, though I prefer Asus motherboards myself. Oh and the new 1156 pin Mobo's use dual channel not triple so I hear, though you might want to check that.
