I prefer to eat the pumpkins I grow. Lady Poppy makes excellent soup and pies from them and cut into chunks they roast well alongside the spuds on a Sunday.
Actually, I'm surprised Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Wassisname have not started a campaign claiming lantern carving is wasting food.

Haha, seen this all over FB recently and did wonder if anyone would post it here and if one of those pathetic, useless, moody gits they call mods might get annoyed and say it crosses the U rating or something.
