Shrewsbury Meet For NW3 - SV650.org

We will be at the Esso station on the Shrewsbury ring road at 8.15 to leave at 8.30. 8.45 at the latest.

It's about 35 miles to The Ponderosa from there, so a full tank there will be sufficient to make the first scheduled petrol stop.

Should arrive at the cafe around 9, plenty of time for people to get a drink and some brekkie.

The entrance to the petrol station is directly off the roundabout.

Please let us know if you plan to meet us there.

OK seen, Might be a bit ambitious to get there for 8.15 as we are leaving The Michael wood services on the M5 at 7!! we will do our best though, a steady 90 should see us right!

We choose an 8.15 departure to leave time for you guys to have a brekkie as the leave time from Ponderosa is 10 ish. We can make it later if you wish. Don't want you breaking your necks before the weekend proper.

Right Lissa, Just Auto routed from Michaelwood to the ESSO about 110 miles, so should be doable if we keep to between 90 and a ton all the way. I reckon i am going to have to fill up when i get to you though.

Could you make it 8.30 to leave to give us 15 min slack??

Yeah, no worries, can hang on til around 8.45 at a push. Gotta get to Ponderosa and have my sausage though!
