How do you un-stick a bolt??
Exhaust bolt, the one that holds can bracket onto the peg hanger.. it's sort of stuck and won't come off
What's best/safest way to get it off without resorting to a blow torch and big hammer |

If you're having trouble keeping all the bits in place, you should be able to wedge a ring spanner in place using bungees to hold it, if you fiddle around enough. Alternatively, you might want to consider simply chopping the head off the bolt with a grinder...
