Default Vibration

It made my hands numb...
Lets just say I was in a hurry this morning and pushed the bike a lot harder then I normally do. Making a 25 minute leg of my journey take only 13, in my hast I noticed that I was getting lots of vibration through the bars.
Now I'm going to check the normal stuff like tyre air levels, but what would be the best way to check that my bearings are fine?

Wheel bearings? Get them off the ground and give them a wobble. Could it be engine vibeyness, ie bad plug or carbs needing balanced?

It could also be loose bar end weights.

Check the obvoius first... tyre pressure.

Was the vibration there at all speeds or just a range....

Could be the surface of the road.... if you were giong faster than normal the corrications in the road would have had a pronounced effect on the feel.. I get that a lot on some roads....

Or a wheel is slightly out of balance. or even there is a distortion in the tyre.

Ive had wheel bearings go and it generally causes a rumbling noise but not a vibration.

It can just be one of those v twin things and go away without warning...
