Default Solar Powered trickle charger

http://www.solarshopper.co.uk/Produc...FQ4i3god6j6pDA

Hi all, would this be any good for keeping the battery charged (for those of us that don't have electricity in our garages)...?? It looks a bit...cheap?!

Cheers

Anyone got any experience of using one with a cage? My car gets hardly any use, but has to be parked on the road. I'm worried that in the cold weather I'll go to start it and find the battery deaded.
