Default Removing the petrol tank Suzuki sticker?

How easy is to remove the Suzuki sticker from the petrol tank? I've used the search function but all I got was how easy it is to remove the other stickers. Is the tank one lacquered on? Will I need a wee bit of wet and dry?

Cheers

Sorry, you do mean the idiot warning sticker not "SUZUKI" or "S"?

I now think you don't - sorry can't help. But why?

dead easy, warm gently with a hair drier, peel off. any residue will come off with a little wd40 and a cloth. It was actually easier to remove than the ones on the fairings.

try to get that off and you'll wreck your paint.

I peeled the silver S off the tank of my '06 naked blue (U.S. model) and it came off with no problems. It's now almost two months later and you can't see any difference in the paint where the S was.

So it may vary by model year.

I am wanting to take mine off and add a black "S".
It will go with the theme a lot better.
Only problem is, it's a do or die situation. I really do not want to **** the tank up.
