I really need to get my new clutch cable fitted, mine's got shed loads of slack in it. This weekend I am telling myself is the weekend to do it.

Other than that I've got several projects on the back burner, but the main one is non-bike related which is to erect a garage in my back garden having finally got the approval of the wife. Once that's up, and leccy is plumbed in, I can practically live in there and fingers crossed, get my stuff sorted!

I forgot the whole bike I have sat in the back garden... It needs tyres, paint job, indicators and replace brake light minimum to get it back on the road.

The leak from the engine.
The chain and sprockets
The tyres need replacing
The MOT needs renewing
The tax is about to run out
It needs cleaned. Badly.
Needs an oil change NOW with a small service.

I'll get by though

I've got to stop reading this site - it gives me a whole set of things to think about that I wouldn't otherwise even consider thinking about, and so adding to my list of things that I'm putting off

Carb balancing - is it really worth doing?

If you've got the time then probably, it won't make any performance differences, but should make your engine run smoother at tickover and on steady throttle.

Alternatively, if you make an @rse of it, you'll make it worse.

The carb balance will also help fueling, as I managed to get another 10miles a tank after a balance, though it was really bad when I did it.
