My tuppence worth as a buyer----
Its a 12 year old non runner with no MOT and needs significant re commissioning. Therefore its an old banger and really not worth very much though it is low mileage. The trick rear shock is probably worth nearly as much as the bike but the owner clearly isnt interested in doing any work on it and selling or swapping out parts so Id say £500 max.
