No parkrun last week for me as we were away camping at a dog agility show for the weekend.

Not done much running recently as I've had a sore knee, seen a physio and have got some exercises and been told to take up cycling as well. The muscles around my knees are weaker on one side of my legs which cause my kneecaps to twist slightly when they move up and down and is causing inflammation and pain

And what I like to do is first of all, to stretch my body before I get run, cause if I will not stretch my muscles, after that I can get any type of injure, and the best decision for me was to get inversion table, cause I found a great guide about them (one of these: https://cozyhousetoday.com/best-inve...-buyers-guide/), and understood all the profits they can give to your body.

Wow, it's pretty hard for me to run in the afternoon.

I got out Sunday morning for a 6.6 mile loop - shame about the hangover I was nursing to begin with.
And even got out yesterday lunchtime for my 3.1 mile Glen Fabba loop in my 30 min lunch. It's been awhile since I ran that one. That was even hotter.

Finally made it out. Just my short loop as it's too warm for anything more, especially for Mabel.

Relive vid.

I got out last night with the running club, 7.1 miles.
I must have been enjoying the social aspect too much as a mile into the run I tripped over nothing and went down hard on a rocky gravel farm track. Thankfully the 3 people right behind me had enough reaction time not to be taken out too.

Next time I must try to fall over in a muddy field instead, as I'm feeling a bit battered this morning. And my shoulder would have preferred to still have skin on.

As I didn't make it out last night due to tyregate. I snuck out for a quick 5.4 miler this morning before all the kids clubs happen. It was still a little on the warm side at 7.20am.
