Nup, infact it's the only place in the country that does my visits now.

It wasn't sent special delivery, and it was sent to my billing address but my delivery address (meaning i couldn't collect from sorting office by the time I needed it). Luckily, by chance, I found out they're close to whee I work, so paid a visit.

Visor collected, postage refunded, visor sitting in sorting office can find it's way way back to them.

Oh and having been to the shop I can see why you got a tea towel..... They also run a 'vintage' shop.

Fair play to them though.... They sorted my issue.
