If you are heading north out of central London today pop into Lord's and I'll make you a cuppa. I reckon I'm on the way to St Albans and I'm at work until 4.30.

Thanks Clare - next time I'm in London I will certainly pop in. As I was in the City I'm currently heading north on a Thameslink service.

Not this week for me. Working on a shoot with a new sponsor for the England team so I'll be lucky to get away from work before 9pm. Love a 13 hour Friday plus the 4 hour commute!

I can't really hang around to much Chris as even with todays weather the cold gets to me, what sort of time do you expect to be around and I'll aim at that, if not then I'll leave it for another time.
