Default Which Hall Effect sensor?

My SV has had a SRAD front end for eight years now with the OEM speedo running on the rear for just as long. However, I am now thinking about changing the rear end of the bike (encouraged but the amount of speedo conversions on here) and this will mean dumping the OEM speedo pick up.

I have received and sent out a few PM's about this and got varying answers, so to all you GSXR front enders, which Hall Effect sensor would you recommend?

Thanks

DDave

I'd stick with the Veypor one if I was doing it again, just for the tinyness. But it's expensive.

Does that mean it's further away from the magnets then? That Honeywell one I got just happened to be an ideal distance from the magnets

Yeah, but to compensate I use ludicrously powerful magnets

Similiar to that, aye. Mine don't have the countersink though. I got a pack of 50, the rest are all now attaching spanners to the lid of my toolchest Must confuse hillwalkers, all their compasses point at my house instead of at the pole.

They were Yorkie Chris's suggestion, got a set here now and they are strong! What kind of gap between the magnets and sensor do you need (min-max) for the Veypor?

1gt101dc if i remember right

On 600 SRAD front disc rivets, the sensor ends up maybe 1/4" away.
