Yes...on a twisty road...leave it in one gear. Roll on...roll off...
Triffic.

I was told by my IAM observer to keep the revs between 4 and 6 thou, as the bike is more responsive, and I don't think I used my front brake once on my last ride. Funnily all he could say to me at the end was: "That's a lovely sounding bike"

What sort of places do you guys ride?? I have to say I am up and down the box and on and off the brakes all the time!!! But then I am normally in a rush, stopping for traffic lights or simply tooling about!!

Its all very well but can give people following you a hard time...especially when they only slow down if they SEE your brake light!! And correct me if Im wrong, it doesn't come on if you only engine brake!!

Self confessed brake dabber when slowing down.

I like the way the bike SOUNDS when engine braking -- plus it feels cool. I always try to remember to just touch the brakes lightly if there is a car following.
