Tyreleader - Anyone used them?
I'd just about gone done scrubbing mine in when some kn0b parked his car in the side if my bike. Not pushed them anywhere near to full pace yet but first impressions are very good. Bike tips in better (but a new tyre always feels this way to me compared to old), grip in both wet and dry feels like it'll be very good. I'll update when I get my bike back from the insurance company in a week or two. |

I'm fine thanks mate, and by the sounds of it so is the bike Heard from the insurers yesterday and the assessor is more than confident that the bike is economically repairable. Hope to have it back soon as! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Pilot Power 3 tyres get fitted tomorrow and should be nicely scrubbed in by Thursday evening

You guys must have some mileage on these tyres now. Any feedback on them?

Re: Tyreleader - Anyone used them?
Done about 1500 miles on them, they've been terrific wet or dry. Feel good and give lots of feedback, only done road miles on them so far but a day at Oulton or Anglesey is on the cards, I think they'll be great on the track.

Re: Tyreleader - Anyone used them?
good to hear positive feedback on them. I managed to do a Michelin Pilot Power 2CT rear in 6.5k (just over wear bars in the centre) so I'm hoping these have a longer life span!

Re: Tyreleader - Anyone used them?
Wear isn't noticeable at 1.5k but it's early days.

My bike comes home today (finally) from the insurance repair shop so I will set about getting some miles on these tyres. It's been two months now so I have some catching up to do. Sent from my iPhone |
