Default Setting suspension back to standard

Can anyone clarify what the procedure is to set front suspension back to standard?

For example - on my previous bike the manual said to turn the adjusters fully to the left then 3.5 turns to the right and similar for the damping. I haven't got the manual and I don't know if it gives this info anyway.

Also is it possible to adjust standard rear suspension.

It's an 03 sv650

There is no damping adjustment, just preload.

You can adjust rear for preload, stock position is like 5 out of 7 or something like that. Any real sized person will probably have both on full and still have excess sag.
