Today I got a call to say 'There are two 90 year olds playing each other at real tennis' I wasn't sure if they were ringing me to take a photo or to have the defibrillator on standby! The two chaps were great fun and way more energetic than I am most days. Hope I'm still that sparkly at their age.

. I haven't done a lot this weekend as work got in the way. Completed the stripdown of the CR250 Red Rocket. Will be taking the parts for powdercoating tomorrow.

First ride on the bike since August. A combination of a cricket related injury - someone belted a ball into my upper shin and then my foot operation means I've not been able to ride all winter. So today a quick 60 mile round trip out to Mersea Island.

It was absolutely freezing though. 8 degrees and a strong cold wind.
