Trackday - Eastern Creek (Sydney, Australia) Sunday 9 December

Ok, Probably won't get much response for this, but I know there are a few Aussie bikers kicking around here:

WHEN: Sunday 9th December
WHERE: Eastern Creek Raceway, Sydney
COST: $199

Hiring one of the organisers GSXR-600s for this one. Starting of in the slow group - just to get used to the track and bike and then I'll trade up.

Looking forward to this, it's been a few months!

Oz has a lot of cool club circuits, how much is it costing you to hire the 600, and what sort of damage deposit do you have to put down? (if you don't mind me asking)

I'd imagine it would be a great day... warm sunny weather, cranking out on the track, BBQ for lunch, few coldies with some nice looking sheilas afterwards.... we can only dream up here enjoy the day

The day is $199 bike is $299. $1000 excess pre-authorised on credit card for an off plus a potential $2500 if you really bend it.

Actually cost to me is $498 which is about 215 pounds.

Bottom line, don't fall off!

Have fun mate. Never ridden EC myself but have mates who race on it regularly. Turn 1 is a real 'brass balls' corner.
