Change in weather= Change in diet
Thank goodness the hot weather spell has gone, got back to real dinners and not rabbit food. Being honest it must be a bit much cooking in hot weather for the memsab, but I did enjoy my "Mince and tatties follwed by rice pudding"

My eating habits don't change for the weather. I still ate hot food in the heat, and in winter I still eat ice cream.

Normally I eat quite a healthy diet, I actually like salad.
Tonight though, I just had a hankering for some special fried rice |

I find that my appitite ramps right down when it gets hot. (Above 25C).
But at that point, I am normally also out cycling more or less every day, so I need more food. And I am so busy pouring water into myself at this point, I almost forget to eat. In the winter I am hungry, but driving the bike every where. |
